October 6, 2026 — HashKey Cloud, a Web3 infrastructure service provider under HashKey Group (HK.3887), Asia's leading and globally positioned digital asset financial services group, and BitGo Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BTGO), a digital asset infrastructure company, today officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Token2049 Singapore conference.
The two parties plan to collaborate on institutional-grade digital asset services, including staking, trading, custody, and RWA, among other areas.
In staking, HashKey Cloud will become a validator partner for the BitGo platform, initially supporting ETH and SOL, with plans to gradually expand to more assets; in trading, the two parties will connect trading and settlement channels for institutional clients, with related business conducted through BitGo's Singapore entity; in custody, BitGo will provide institutional-grade digital asset custody support for HashKey's related businesses, and the two parties will also explore RWA-related custody cooperation.

This agreement is a multi-area institutional cooperation between a NYSE-listed digital asset infrastructure company and a HKEX-listed licensed digital asset financial services group, connecting BitGo's global institutional client network with HashKey's licensed operating foundation in Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific. For institutional clients, this means staking, trading, and custody can be completed under the same service framework, reducing the cost of coordinating across service providers.
